Those customers have likely been following along for a while and connect with your story. More frequently though, sales come from direct outreach or a conversation and most likely someone who has purchased from you before.
Even brands with large followings that have been around and seemingly effortlessly successful for years focus on direct outreach.
I want to send a reminder as we enter the holiday season to reach out to top collectors and prospects. Whether it a be an email, DM, text message or hand-written note, make it a priority to connect. If it leads to a sale now or later, I promise that outreach will be worth your time.
