A reminder to connect

Often designers tell me that they're posting regularly, sending emails and showing up but still not getting the sales they’re hoping for. In the jewelry industry, sales don’t happen passively.


Those customers have likely been following along for a while and connect with your story. More frequently though, sales come from direct outreach or a conversation and most likely someone who has purchased from you before. 


Even brands with large followings that have been around and seemingly effortlessly successful for years focus on direct outreach.


I want to send a reminder as we enter the holiday season to reach out to top collectors and prospects. Whether it a be an email, DM, text message or hand-written note, make it a priority to connect. If it leads to a sale now or later, I promise that outreach will be worth your time.
