Focus

Focus was my word going into this year. I felt clear on what I'm building, clear on the work happening behind the scenes, and clear on how I wanted to show up more consistently.
The past few weeks, though, my visibility slowed. Some feedback got in my head longer than it should have, and the weight of everything happening in the world didn't help. I found myself hesitating instead of creating.
The work continued. The marketing didn't.
Recently, the Stay Gold Collective and I had a conversation with Kindred Lubeck, and what stayed with me wasn't a tactic. It was her clarity. She has always known what she's building, and that long view continues to guide her.
It reminded me of something simple. Focus isn't about doing more. It's about remembering what you're building.
When things feel loud or uncertain, coming back to that foundation is often enough. Not adding more, not forcing momentum, just returning to your vision and letting that lead.
That's where I am right now. Where are you?
